Frequently Asked Questions:

            Is shrimp really healthy?

Yes, loaded with protein, vitamins, minerals and Omega 3 fatty acids that you need.

            How do I store this?

The shrimp should be cooled off and then placed into an airtight container. It can then be placed into the refrigerator for 3 days. You could freeze this also, continue to put it into an airtight container and then place it in the refrigerator. It will last for up to one month.

Could I add more seafood to this?

I have not done this myself, however, now that I think about it, some scallops added in may taste quite phenomenal.

I usually serve a nice loaded dinner salad and some roasted vegetables.
