Family loved this dish. Easy to throw together for a quick dinner. I followed the recipe exacting and it was delicious.
This is a quick and tasty recipe, I have made this two times now since finding it and my family loves it.
The only changes I made were adding more cheese than the recommended 2 cups. It’s perfect for a quick and hot meal.

What do you need to make Beef Noodle Casserole
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1lb ground beef
1lb fusilli / penne pasta / any egg pasta noodles
1lb marinara sauce
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How to make Beef Noodle Casserole
FIRST STEP:
Place a skillet on medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
Once the oil is hot add the onion, cook for 5 minutes to soften.
SECOND STEP:
Then stir in the garlic, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Next add the ground beef, cook for 5 minutes to brown all over.

THIRD STEP:
Pour the marinara sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer, cook for 10 minutes.

FOURTH STEP:
While the beef sauce simmers, prepare the egg noodles. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil over a high heat.
Into the saucepan of boiling water add the egg noodles.
Cook the pasta for approximately 8 minutes, according to packet instructions.
FIFTH STEP:
Preheat an oven to 400F and prepare a casserole dish.
Strain the pasta through a colander once cooked and toss through the beef sauce.
SIXTH STEP:
Transfer the beef noodles to the casserole dish and top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Place the beef noodle casserole in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
SEVENTH STEP:
Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to stand for 5 minutes, serve hot.
