I will never forget the first time I made these for my family. They all screamed for more, telling me they were better than any cheese bread served by restaurants.

It is true, these little bits of garlic and cheese heaven are made in your own home with very few ingredients. They come out super soft, cheesy and with the perfect amount of garlic in each bite.

So easy to make, this recipe will surprise you and make you wonder why you have not done this before. The biscuits surround little cubes of the most flavorful mozzarella cheese, and are brushed with a tantalizing mixture of spice, butter and Olive Oil.

Never again will the ordinary suffice when it comes to cheese bread for your family.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I use a different type of Cheese?

You could use any flavor of cheese your family prefers. We use mozzarella as it melts smoothly and tastes great.

Can I use the flaky biscuits?

You could make your own biscuit dough if you chose to, however, when using the ready made, it is not advised to use the flaky style biscuits. This will lead to the cheese melting out of the biscuit bites.

Can I eliminate the White Wine?

Of course! Simply use a chicken or vegetable broth instead. The White wine is not a mandatory ingredient in the buttery flavor brushed on.
