Cheesy Hamburger Pasta

Really tasty, really easy to make. It went down a storm with the whole family, even my ridiculously fussy youngest.

Destined to become a firm favourite in our house.

Absolutely delicious! Even my picky partner and son loved it and that says a lot!

Even asked for it again next week

What do you need to make Cheesy Hamburger Pasta

1lb box fusilli pasta
 
1.5lb ground beef
 
1/4 cup worcestershire 
 
5 cups beef broth
 
1/2 cup milk
 
1/4 cup Ketchup
 
3 tbsp garlic
 
4 cups shredded cheese
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1tbsp pepper
 
 
How to make Cheesy Hamburger Pasta

1. In a large pot, over medium heat, cook ground beef, garlic, salt , pepper, worcestershire sauce and ketchup.   

Break apart the beef, mixing it thoroughly with all of the ingredients and cook until the meat is browned.

2. Drain any grease

3. Add in the beef broth and bring to a slight simmer

4.Add Pasta in simmering water and stir well-  

5.Cook until noodles are al dente- approximately 10-12 minutes

6.Contine to stir while adding milk and cheese- stil until the cheese is melted

7. Remove from heat and serve immediately

8. Top with green onion garnish, cheddar cheese or bacon.  Your choice in what you would like to have on top.

9.Enjoy!
