Oh my gosh, my husband was just telling me over the weekend how he loves tortellini and we don’t eat it often enough.
Made this tonight and it was delicious!
The boy went back for seconds, cheesy and very yummy!

What do you need to make Cheesy Tortellini Bake
14 oz cheese tortellini
¼ cup cream cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
¼ cup mozzarella, shredded
¼ cup parmesan, grated
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
salt, to taste
How to make Cheesy Tortellini Bake
FIRST STEP:
Fill a saucepan with water and place on a high heat, once boiling add the tortellini and salt.
Cook the tortellini for 3 minutes then strain the pasta through a colander.

SECOND STEP:
Preheat an oven to 350F and grease a baking dish.
Return the pre-cooked tortellini to the saucepan along with cream cheese and marinara sauce, warm through the ingredients.
THIRD STEP:
Transfer the tortellini to the baking dish, top with mozzarella and parmesan.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes until the sauce is hot and cheese melted.

Serve the cheesy tortellini bake immediately garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
