What do you need to make Creamy Meatball Casserole
16 oz frozen meatballs
16 oz frozen stir fry vegetables, any variety
2 potatoes, cut into small chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
½ cup sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
How to make Creamy Meatball Casserole
FIRST STEP:
In a large bowl mix soup, milk, sour cream, and salt & pepper until well combined
SECOND STEP:
Stir in potatoes, stir fry vegetables, and meatballs
