Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

Perfect meal for a cold winter day, and sticks with you!!!

My boyfriend and I LOVE this recipe.

We tried it out one night, and what really stuck with us going forward was the ranch rice. 

I made this for dinner during the week. It was fast and easy to make, and required almost no prep time.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 25-30 minutes

Servings: 6 

Net Carbs: 2 net carbs per serving

What do yo need to make Creamy Ranch Pork Chops 

6 Boneless pork chops

2 Tbsp. Olive oil

¼ tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce:

1 C. Heavy whipping cream

⅓ C. Sour cream

½ tsp. Onion powder

1 Packet Ranch seasoning

How to make Creamy Ranch Pork Chops 

FIRST STEP:

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. 

Season the pork chops on both sides with the Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.

SECOND STEP:

Add the pork chops to the skillet, and sear evenly on both sides. Saute until cooked through, and then remove from the skillet. 

Drain the excess oil from the skillet.

Reduce the heat to medium.

THIRD STEP:

Place the ingredients for the sauce into the skillet, and stir to combine well. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

Add the pork chops back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce, and saute another few minutes before serving.
