This is a really easy slow cooker recipe. My Italian meatloaf is great because even the leftovers are super tasty. They get used for sandwiches, lunches throughout the week, and quick dinners when I don’t have time to make something new.

How to make Crockpot meat loaf:
In a large bowl, add 1/2 the pasta sauce & the remaining ingredients except the meat. Mix until well incorporated.
Add in the ground beef and turkey. Make sure the ingredients from step 1 are well incorporated into the meat. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf shape.

Make foil handles for the slow cooker and spray with cooking oil. Place the meat loaf onto the foil. Secure the slow cooker lid and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours or until no longer pink. Your internal temperature should read 170°.
Open the slow cooker. Spread the remaining pasta sauce on top of the meatloaf and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Close the lid and cook on low for 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Using the foil handles, remove the meatloaf and serve.
