I love this recipe because it is delicious and refreshing! It is an added bonus that it is very quick and easy to make too.

It makes WW 4 SmartPoints!

Very good – wonderful with the summer vegetables. It’s better if you let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before you eat it.

Delicious Light and refreshing salad. Perfect for hot Arizona summers. Made this for date night a while back & my partner loved it!

¼ cup sugar
