With the warmer weather here in Miami, I’m looking for lighter lunch fare.

This looks delicious! These are perfect for my husband’s lunches, too.

Loved this recipe! These would make a great low carb snack for the Super Bowl! Definitely making these again soon!

What do you need to make Cucumber Subs

2 cucumbers

¼ lb shaved turkey 

4 bacon strips, cooked 

Thin sliced tomato 

Whipped cream cheese 

How to make Cucumber Subs

FIRST STEP:

Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a spoon

SECOND STEP:

Fill one half with cream cheese, turkey, tomato, and bacon

THIRD STEP:

Then place the remaining half on top
