Potatoes 500 g
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
Butter 2 tablespoons
Onion 1\2
Salt 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Paprika 1 tbsp
HOW TO MAKE FRIED POTATOES AND ONIONS
FIRST STEP:
Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel potatoes and onions.
SECOND STEP:
Cut the onion into thin rings.
Cut the potatoes into thin circles
Soak the potatoes for 10 minutes in salted water.
THIRD STEP:
Drain the water, dry the potatoes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
FOURTH STEP:
Add vegetable oil and potatoes with onions.
Fry in portions until crispy.
Put it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
When serving, sprinkle with paprika, pepper and salt.
