            ⅔ cup all purpose flour

            2 large eggs

            ¾ cup light brown sugar

            8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped fine

            ½ tsp baking powder

            4 tbsp butter, unsalted

            1 tsp vanilla extract

            ½ tsp salt

How to make Fudgy Chocolate Cookies

FIRST STEP:

Preheat the oven to 350*

In a double boiler, melt the butter and the chocolate in a heat safe bowl

In a separate bowl combine the flour, salt and baking powder, whisk until combined.

SECOND STEP:

Add the eggs, vanilla and brown sugar into a mixing bowl, Beat until well mixed

Add the melted chocolate and the butter and mix well

Add in the flour mixture and beat until combined

THIRD STEP:

Line the baking trays with parchment paper

Place spoonfuls of the dough about 2 inches apart on the baking trays

FOURTH STEP:

Bake for 12 minutes until the cookies are done

Remove from the oven and cool on the trays for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to completely cool
