Homemade McDonald\’s McGriddles

I have made these a couple of times and LOVE your recipe. I make a bunch of those crystals and store them in the fridge. 

You might have to pre-cook the pancake buns before you put them into the sandwich maker though.

I have been having a hard time finding things my tween will eat. She loves mcgriddles, so it will be get making this at home!

Leftover syrup crystals will last a long time in the fridge. And the pot will come clean if you just soak it overnight filled with water.

What do you need to make Homemade McDonald\’s McGriddles

Maple syrup ½ cup

Pancake dough 1 cup

Eggs 4 

Bacon 4 strips

American cheese 4 slices

How to make Homemade McDonald\’s McGriddles

FIRST STEP:

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil maple syrup for about 10 minutes until thickened.

SECOND STEP:

Pour onto parchment, cool, break into crystals.

Fry pancakes.

THIRD STEP:

Put some crystals on the pancake.

Then fried eggs.

Fry the eggs in a pan or in the microwave.

A slice of cheese.

A strip of fried bacon. Cover with another pancake.

Serve.
