This macaroni salad recipe is fabulous!
Made this recipe for Memorial Day. My guests loved it! They even came back the next day asking if I had more to share!
This was a hit alongside our grilled burgers, chicken and hot dogs!

What do you need to make Macaroni Salad
1 Can Palmini linguine noodles drained and rinsed well
¼ C. Chopped cucumber
¼ C. Chopped red bell pepper
¼ C. Chopped red onion
1 Hard boiled egg chopped
For the dressing:
¼ C. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Sour cream
1 tsp. Red Wine vinegar
1 tsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
½ tsp. Dijon mustard
Pinch Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Macaroni Salad
FIRST STEP:
Place all of the dressing ingredients into the bottom of a large mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.

Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl, and toss to coat and combine well.
