Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

Made this for dinner tonight. Absolutely loved it.

Followed the recipe exactly except for the cottage cheese because I was too lazy to go to the store.

This is sooooooo Yummy!!! 

Only change you can make is to add in a can of chopped chilis and this dinner is a HUGE hit.

Will definitely be making this over and over! 

Will definitely make again. A great dish to take for a potluck.

Cook Time: 35-40 minutes

What do you need to make Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

1 lb. Shredded chicken

1 C. Heavy whipping cream

⅓ C. Sour cream

½ tsp. Chicken Bouillon powder

½ tsp. Garlic powder

1 C. Shredded cheddar jack cheese

½ C. Cottage cheese

1 C. Crushed pork rind crumbs

¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated

Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

FIRST STEP:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

Add the heavy whipping cream, sour cream, bouillon powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste to a saucepan over medium heat.

Simmer until the mixture thickens and is combined.

SECOND STEP:

Stir in the shredded cheese until melted. 

Remove from the heat and let cool.

THIRD STEP:

In a bowl, combine the pork rind crumbs and parmesan cheese until well combined. 

Mix together the shredded chicken, cottage cheese and sauce mixture.

FOURTH STEP:

Spread the mixture in the bottom of a well greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle with the pork rind crumb mixture, and bake for 30 minutes. 

Let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
