Omg!!!
This has become a family favorite in our house! My children will now refuse to eat brought ploto pups/ dagwood dogs/ corn dogs.
Easy recipe. Just enough sweetness.
Skipped the wooden skewers and just put the cut up hotdogs right in the batter and used a spoon to put into oil.

Cook 20 minutes

What do you need to make Mini Corn Dogs
Melted butter 0.5cup
Eggs 2
Milk 1 cup
Corn groats 1 cup
Flour 1 cup
Baking soda 0.5 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sausages 4
How to make Mini Corn Dogs
FIRST STEP:
Prepare all the ingredients.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
SECOND STEP:
Beat the eggs with melted butter in the other bowl.
Pour it in the dry mixture and knead the dough.

Add butter on the cupcake pan. Spread out the dough by spoonful.
Put half – 1/3 sausages in the center.
FOURTH STEP:
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve.

Family really enjoyed this. We made it twice. Once exactly to the recipe and another time with some changes. I found the original to be a bit too soggy for us.
