No Bake Graham Cracker Cherry Cheesecake

Love this recipe. Super fast and easy. My family loves it. I’ve also made the dip version.

Everyone loved the cheesecake! It was a hit. You can make a shortbread crust if you don’t have Graham crackers. 

My husbands new favorite!

I’ve shared the recipe with a couple of people because the like it so much.

My grandkids like it so well I have to stop them and my brother is crazy over it.

Preparation     15 minutes

Additional time           120 minutes

Total                135 minutes

What do you need to make No Bake Graham Cracker Cherry Cheesecake:

Graham crackers 

8 oz cream cheese, room tempurature 

1 cup milk 

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 box instant vanilla pudding 

1 tub cool whip 

1 can cherry pie filling 

How to make No Bake Graham Cracker Cherry Cheesecake:

FIRST STEP:

Line 9×13 dish with a layer of graham crackers 

In a large bowl using a hand mixer to beat cream cheese, milk, and lemon until smooth

SECOND STEP:

Stir in pudding mix then fold in cool whip 

Spread ½ of the mixture over the graham crackers

THIRD STEP:

Place another layer of graham crackers on top 

Spread remaining cheesecake mix over crackers and top with cherry pie filling

FOURTH STEP:

Refrigerate overnight

Cut, serve, enjoy!
