No Bake Lemon Pie

So glad I couldn’t find my old lemon icebox pie recipe and found this one.
 
It is so easy and quick and just as good. Love it.

You can use a store-bought, gluten free, graham cracker crust, filled with the lemon as listed in the recipe.

What do you need to make No Bake Lemon Pie

1 can sweetened condensed milk 

½ cup lemon juice 

1 tub cool whip 

1 graham cracker crust, prepared 

Lemon zest for garnish – optional 

Whipped cream for serving  – optional 

How to make No Bake Lemon Pie

FIRST STEP:

In a bowl whisk together sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth

Fold in cool whip

THIRD STEP:

Pour into pie crust

Refrigerate or freeze for about 4 hours until set
