I made this, this weekend while my daughter was visiting, it was fantastic.I will make that again.
Even my bf had some and he does not like strawberries but he had 2 pieces, that says a lot!
Plus it set with 2 hours in the freezer and 2 in the fridge. It’s so good and I don’t even like cheesecake!

What do you need to make No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
8 oz cream cheese, room tempurature
1 ½ cup milk
1 box instant cheesecake pudding
2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
How to make No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
FIRST STEP:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter then press into an 8” pan

Beat cream cheese until smooth then gradually add in milk then pudding mix, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined

SECOND STEP:
Spread ½ of the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust
Arrange ½ of the sliced strawberries on top of filling
THIRD STEP:
Spread on remaining filling mixture
FOURTH STEP:
Top with remaining strawberries
FIFTH STEP:
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour
Slice, serve

Family really enjoyed this. We made it twice. Once exactly to the recipe and another time with some changes. I found the original to be a bit too soggy for us.
