Peanut Butter & Jelly Cups

These were yummy, I converted the recipe to grams and they were a little too soft to take out of the moulds when kept in the fridge.

These are amazing. I have made them several times and they are an absolute hit in my family.

These are so good! I only used about a teaspoon of honey and they were really great and sweet enough.

What do you need to make Peanut Butter & Jelly Cups 

1 lb creamy peanut butter 

1 ½ tablespoons honey or maple syrup 

½ cup coconut oil, melted 

¼ to ½ cup jam or jelly, any flavor 

Muffin tin & liners 

How to make Peanut Butter & Jelly Cups

FIRST STEP:

Place liners in muffin tin

Mix peanut butter, honey or syrup,  and coconut oil till smooth

SECOND STEP:

Scoop equal amounts into each liner 

Spoon in jelly and swirl to distribute

THIRD STEP:

Freeze cups for 15-20 minutes or until fully set 

Thaw and enjoy!
