Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers

Love, love, love this! Such an easy way to get a delicious and satisfying dinner on the table. So easy to change it up or customize it to your liking.

This is really good!! Everyone at my house loved it!

Serving size is for 1/2 a bell pepper.

These look so delicious and tasty! My husband is going to love this recipe! I can’t wait to make this again!

What do you need to make Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers

Olive oil 

4 green bell peppers 

1 8oz sirloin steak, thin cut 

1 ½ cups mushrooms, sliced 

1 red bell pepper, sliced 

1 red onion, sliced 

2 cups mozzarella cheese shreds 

Salt & pepper to taste 

How to make Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers

FIRST STEP:

Preheat oven to 400

Drizzle steak with olive oil and season with sea salt flakes and crushed black pepper

SECOND STEP:

Place steaks on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, slice into thin strips, set aside

Cut green pepper in half and remove seeds then place them face up in a 13×9 baking dish

THIRD STEP:

Drizzle pepper halves with olive oil and season with salt & pepper, cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes

FOURTH STEP:

In a skillet over medium high heat cook mushrooms, onion, and red bell pepper in olive oil until soft then stir in steak strips

Fill green pepper halves with meat and veggie mix

Top with cheese and bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
