What do you need to make Pizza Dip

            2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

            8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

            ½ cup Sour Cream, low fat

            ½ tsp oregano, dried

            ½ tsp basil, dried

            ⅛ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

            ½ tsp Salt

            ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

            1 cup Marinara or Pizza Sauce

            ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated

            20 slices Pepperoni

            3 Bacon strips, cooked and chopped

How to make Pizza Dip

FIRST STEP:

Preheat the oven to 375*

Blend together the softened cream cheese, ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, the sour cream, spices and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bottom of a pie plate or tart pan

SECOND STEP:

Carefully spread 1 cup of pizza sauce or marinara over the cream cheese mixture

Top the Sauce with the Parmesan Cheese and the remaining Mozzarella Cheese

Top with the pepperoni slices and cooked and chopped bacon

THIRD STEP:

Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted

Top with fresh chopped parsley or basil

Serve on your choice of rolls, chips, or breadsticks
