Ever since the Air Fryer first came out, I knew it was going to be an appliance I wanted, NO, I needed in my kitchen. I was right! I am unsure how I ever got through without having an air fryer.

I am discovering all new ways to cook food and it is healthier and more flavorful! The air fryer can cook your food in a shorter amount of time than what you are accustomed to. It is a less cumbersome appliance and allows you to save energy.

Frequently Asked Questions:

            Should I trim the ribs?

Yes, I always trim the membrane and remove any excess fat from the ribs. This is an important step to getting the best ribs, otherwise that membrane will harden and turn the meat into a chewy piece of leather.

Can I place the whole slab in the air fryer?

It would be best to cut the ribs apart when using the air fryer. This will allow the ribs to cook much faster and also give that crunchy outer coating we love.

How do I store the ribs?

If you have any remaining, allow them to cool completely and then place into an airtight container or place in a ziploc bag. The ribs can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer.

Can I cook the ribs with the sauce on?

You certainly could, however, using it at the start of the cooking process does not enhance the flavor and will only dry up as it cooks.
