Absolutely incredible!!! Serve it with mashed potato and YUM! Great recipe

This recipe came highly recommended from a friend.

This is the best roast recipe I love it. It just falls apart juicy with so much flavor.

Best Pot Roast ever!!!! You can add Carrots, Onions and Celery. Spicy and satisfying!!!

What do you need to make Slow Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp smoked paprika

3lb chuck roast beef

2 carrot, roughly chopped

2 onion, roughly chopped

2 stalk celery, roughly chopped

2 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped

salt, to taste

How to make Slow Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast

FIRST STEP:

In a bowl combine the vegetable oil, rosemary, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika and salt.

Stir the marinade together then apply to the chuck roast beef, spreading all over the surface of the meat.

SECOND STEP:

Allow the meat to marinade for between 2-8 hours.

THIRD STEP:

Once the beef has marinated, transfer the marinated beef, carrot, onion and celery to a slow cooker

FOURTH STEP:

Cook the pot roast for 8 hours on LOW.

FIFTH STEP:

Serve the Mississippi pot roast beef alongside the vegetables and cooking juices.
