Printable Slow Cooker Pineapple Chicken Recipe:
- 2 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 20oz can canned pineapple
- ⅓ C packed brown sugar
- ⅓ C soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
- In your slow cooker, add chicken, brown sugar, soy sauce, crushed pineapple, salt, and pepper.
- Mix together.
- Set slow cooker high 4 hours.
- Turn off.
- Take out chicken and set aside.
- Make a slurry whisking cornstarch and water together in a bowl.
- Add to slow cooker and whisk to combine. (If you want your sauce thicker, add more by combining equal parts water and cornstarch, a little at a time.)
- Return chicken to slow cooker.
