This is my second time making this recipe and it came out absolutely fabulous both times.

It’s versatile enough that you can tweak the seasonings based on what’s on hand or preference without throwing off the entire flavor.

This is the best chicken chili I have ever made. Yummy!

This was so good! It wasn’t difficult to make at all. This definitely goes into my cookbook to make again.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 6

What do you need to make White Chicken Chili

1 lb. Shredded chicken breast

1 ½ C. Salsa verde

5 C. Chicken broth

1 Head cauliflower cut into florets

2 tsp. Cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

How to make White Chicken Chili

FIRST STEP:

Add the salsa verde, chicken broth, cauliflower and cumin to a pot over medium low heat on the stove.

SECOND STEP:

Simmer until the cauliflower begins to soften. 

THIRD STEP:

Place the chicken in the pot along with salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer for another 10 minutes before serving.
