What is the best way to shred chicken?
Traditionally, chicken is shredded using a couple of forks by pulling it apart. However, my favorite way is to use a stand mixer! All you do is cut up the chicken breasts into smaller chunks and then put them in your mixer on a low speed.
Keep an eye on it so they don’t fly out!
I love doing it this way as it is soooooo easy! It takes the frustration out of shredding chicken.
Can you use hot sauce instead?
I don’t recommend it, no. Buffalo sauce has some added flavors you don’t want to miss out on!
In a pinch, you can add some butter and your favorite spices to some hot sauce you have on hand.

How long is crockpot buffalo chicken dip good for?
Generally speaking, this will last refrigerated for about 3-5 days since there is the chicken in it.
You can also freeze it for 1-3 months.
